Season Analysis


Shrewsbury Town in the Community’s disability sports programme caters for participants with a range of disabilities and impairments. Each session caters to the needs of multiple disabilities, with coaches delivering sessions specifically aimed at those who suffer from Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more.

2018 saw Shrewsbury Town in the Community launch their new amputee football sessions, allowing those who have lost limbs to still play football in a fun and safe environment, where they can hone their skills. PAN football is an all-inclusive disability football session delivered by Shrewsbury Town, which allows for footballers with a range of different impairments to enjoy the sport, playing together to develop as a team.
